Detail of the provision

Wow, this is looking like a busy end of year since once more I have the pleasure to introduce a new reference :)
Make place for the new version of Absoluce’s website, developed for ADN, Atelier Design (whose new website I had worked on in early 2009), who created and designed it.

Initially inspired by the layout of an existing full flash site, it had been decided to keep the working principles but to, for all those (good) reasons we all know of (accessibility, seo, easy updating…), actually develop it using xHTML/CSS/JS (except for videos, can’t wait for html 5!).

I took on development and, after some back and forth to choose the exact aspect of the various animations and transitions, we got to the presently online result, which I personally find quite nice.

This site has, of course, been coded to respect standards and semantics, as well as to work as fully as possible without JS (all contents accessible except videos), and as many browsers as possible (though IE6 is being punished : no videos, take that!).

Only a slight sluggishness with some Mac computers has been noticed, but all your remarks and critics are of course welcome so that we can better things up even more!

I’ll leave you to visit Absoluce’s new website, hoping to read your comments real soon!
