Detail of the provision
Good evening everyone!
Let me tell you, I am very VERY proud of the reference I’m presenting tonight: the new version of RIVP’s website.
This was a long project, that started in the middle of 2009, to restructure the content and modernize a site which badly needed it (quite ugly, not evolutive, etc…)!
That’s how I had the pleasure of working with the Communication department to adapt the new print guidelines created by the Cartouche agency to the web world.
Then I went on developing the main templates in xHTML/CSS/JS and integrating them in a cleverly tortured modified Dotclear2, mods done by Florent (special lateral navigation, automatic (and reversible) treatment of rounded-corners images on the server side…).
Finally, a lot of time was spent on the content itself in order to make it even more exhaustive, relevant and accessible.
It will also be updated more often, and will soon welcome new contents on which we’re still working (job openings, tenders, etc.)!
At the end, I find the result rather conclusive, I hope you’ll agree!
So, let me invite you, as always, to go visit the new version and to share your opinion!
Who knows, some of you might have even known the previous version and will be better able to compare? :)
That’s it, I’ll be back real soon with another reference of which you might have already heard about… yes, that’s me teasing ;P
